What are the “Rules & Regulations”?
The rules and regulations are not going to be as comprehensive as the bylaws or the governing documents. Usually with the rules or regulations it may have information on there about what, or when a particular unit owner can rent out their unit after purchasing it, possibly within a year. It may have information about the rules. If you use the pool or other portions of the association property, it could have information in there about what are the rules as it pertains to having visitors come to the association property. It’s going to have information on there, but it may not be as comprehensive or as in depth as the bylaws or governing documents, but it essentially covers different aspects of what is allowed or not allowed at the association property.
